Yellow trail from Wisła to the Three Wiślańskie Peaks
This is one of the nicest peaks around Wisła. It forms a loop because the yellow signs lead to the Three Peaks but also near the city center, across the slopes of Cyrhla and Bukowa peaks. The ascent to the Peaks starts at 1 Maja Avenue, in the town center, goes over a small bridge, then turns right toward the Jarzębata district. On the way, you will pass the Kamienny peak, where the PTTK Beskid Branch Cottage in Cieszyn is located. The next resting place is the Telesforówka Shelter with its famous beetle car, located already at the summit of the Three Wiślańskie Peaks (810 m above sea level). Here the municipalities of Brenna, Wisła, and Ustroń meet, marked by stones with coats of arms. A picturesque viewpoint on the ascent is the Nowa Łąka clearing with views of Brenna and Wisła. The summit also offers a nice view of Szczyrk. The return to Wisła is via the yellow, then black trail through the Gościejowa Valley. The entire loop is about 13 km long and takes about 3 and a half hours, not counting breaks for rest and enjoying the views.
Trail loop to Wielki Stożek
A popular and pleasant hiking goal is the Stożek Wielki peak (979 m above sea level), located west of the town, on the border with the Czech Republic. This loop can be done in various variants since there are many trails in the area. We suggest starting from the Beskidy Holiday House on the green trail below the Nowa Osada slope, then over the bridge following green marks. The trail leads past the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and through the Groń neighborhood. At the fork near Kasztanowa Street, turn onto the black trail and follow it to the Wisła Głębce train station. Then, blue signs lead through the forest and intersect with the red trail. Both trails lead to Stożek Wielki, but choosing the red route will take you across the scenic Kiczory summit (990 m above sea level). From there, it's just under 2 km to Stożek Wielki, which takes about half an hour. There is a chalet popular with tourists at the summit. You can descend via the green trail to Turystyczna Street and the Głębce station, then continue the same way. The whole loop is 22 km long, and the estimated time to complete it is 7 hours.
Trail from Wisła Jawornik to Beskidek Pass
The trailhead can be found at the Wisła Uzdrowisko train station. The convenient route goes through the Jawornik district. At the trail junction, turn onto the green trail, which takes you to Beskidek Pass (Czech name Beskydské sedlo, elevation 680 m above sea level). It is worth combining this route with a red trail hike to the shelter on Soszów and return to town via the blue trail. The entire loop is 13 km long, and the time to complete it is around 4 hours. The most beautiful spots along the way are the slopes of Soszów Mały and Wielki.
