Minors Protection Standards at the Facility

According to the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Act – Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1606), the Hotel is obliged to implement the Minor Protection Standards (SOM) by August 15, 2024. The Hotel is required to comply with child and youth protection standards, in particular by verifying the identity of the minor and establishing their relationship with the adult they are staying with on the premises. (Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting threats related to sexual crimes and protecting minors).
If the child is on the premises under the care of a person who is neither their parent nor legal guardian, it is required to have a written consent from the parents for the child's travel and stay under the care of the designated person.
Documents required at check-in
During registration at the facility, please present documents allowing confirmation of the child's identity or documents proving that the adult has the right to care for them.

For the safety of our Guests and in accordance with the guidelines of the Minor Protection Standards (SOM), we kindly ask that adults traveling with children carry documents confirming the identity of both themselves and the child. This obligation applies to all minors, i.e., persons who have not reached the age of 18.If the child is on the premises under the care of a person who is neither their parent nor legal guardian, it is required to have a written consent from the parents for the child's travel and stay under the care of the designated person.

- Internet Patient Account,
- court ruling.
If the adult is not the child's parent, please present parental or legal guardian consent – preferably in written or notarized form – containing:
the child's full name, address, parents' contact details, identity document number, and the PESEL number of the person caring for the child during the trip.
