Holiday House "BESKIDY" Rules
1.
1. The regulations define the rules for providing services, responsibility, and staying on the premises of the Beskidy Holiday House (hereinafter referred to as "DW Beskidy") and are an integral part of the contract concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation and paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay at DW Beskidy.
2. By performing the actions mentioned in the previous sentence, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Regulations.
2.
The regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of DW Beskidy.
3.
Rooms at DW Beskidy are rented per night.
4.
The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
5.
If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one night.
6.
A request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported by the Guest immediately. DW Beskidy will consider the request for extension depending on room availability.
7.
DW Beskidy reserves the right to refuse extension of the Guest's stay if full payment for the current stay period has not been made in advance or in case of non-compliance or serious violation of the regulations by the Guest.
The Guest must register their stay at Reception with a photo ID (e.g., identity card, passport, driving license).
8.
In the case of an advance reservation, the Guest is obliged to pay a deposit within 7 days from the date of booking amounting to 30% of the total stay cost. Guests without a reservation confirmed by deposit payment are not guaranteed accommodation by DW Beskidy. The remaining balance must be paid no later than on the day of arrival at DW Beskidy.
9.
1. Reservations can be made via email, telephone, or electronic distribution systems (booking engine on the property's website and booking portals).
2. After the Guest checks (by email or phone) room availability, DW Beskidy sends a reservation confirmation to the email address provided by the Guest.
3. A reservation is considered confirmed upon making a prepayment of 30% of the stay price to the PKO BP Bank Polski bank account no: 85 1020 3147 0000 8602 0104 8933 no later than 5 days from the date of receiving the reservation confirmation.
4. For reservations where the stay begins less than 5 days from the booking date, the prepayment must be made no later than the day after making the booking.
5. Failure to make a prepayment by the agreed date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without notifying the Guest.
6. Failure to arrive by 7:00 PM on the day of arrival without information regarding a late arrival will be treated as reservation cancellation and the room may be rented to another Guest.
Payment for room rental and additional services ordered during booking is collected:
a) in case of cash payment, in advance for the entire stay,
b) in case of card payment, a block of funds may be placed on the card.
The card will be charged for the entire stay upon departure. The exception is a non-refundable reservation – in this case, DW Beskidy charges for the entire stay on the day of booking.
VAT invoices may be issued on the day of departure after presenting the original fiscal receipt. There is an option to deposit the receipt at Reception upon the Client’s request for later invoice issuance. Lack of the original fiscal receipt prevents issuing an invoice.
10.
Before the stay begins, the Guest has the right to cancel it. The cancellation statement must be submitted in writing. The date of cancellation is the date it is received by DW Beskidy.
11.
In case of stay cancellation, the previously paid deposit: – is refundable at 100% if the cancellation occurs 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival – is 50% refundable if cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before the planned arrival – is forfeited to DW Beskidy if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the planned arrival.
12.
There is no possibility of refund or compensation for unused services that are part of a package or shortening the stay. Failure to utilize the entire stay due to late arrival or early departure than indicated in the reservation does not result in a reduction of payment for the service.
13.
DW Beskidy provides services in accordance with its category and standard. Any complaints regarding service quality should be reported to reception as soon as possible.
14.
1. DW Beskidy is not responsible for valuables left by the Guest in the room.
